The Roles and Responsibilities:
● Representing inState amongst societies at your respective universities.
● Liaising with inState members, university students and university societies
to advertise inState opportunities and events.
● Organising mentees and mentors at your respective university.
● Working closely with other Campus Ambassadors across the UK.
● Acting in a communicative role on behalf of University Liaison Coordinators
to reach members/students/societies at your university. This will include
regular meetings with a member of the Liaison Coordinator team.
● Familiarisation and understanding of our mission and values to act in an
educative role to students/societies at your university

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Creating and maintaining an exhaustive list of internships/jobs/other relevant
opportunities relating to your Pathway, with the rest of the team
● Designing the Pathway’s mentorship scheme, with the rest of the team
○ Selecting mentors and mentees to take part in this scheme
○ Choosing content/structure of the programme
● Designing the Pathway’s professional development series, with the rest of the team
○ Organising workshops, panel events, networking events, and more for your
respective Pathway
● Contributing towards producing relevant content for social media pages and the
website, including; commercial awareness updates; interview advice; book
reviews, etc
● Developing and enhance your pathway’s deliverables
● Liaising with external professionals to extend inState’s network
● Working with other internal teams to complete work streams to meet the overall
organisational objectives of inState
● Working under the direction of your Pathway Lead as well as the Executive Team.
○ Attending all meetings that you are required to attend, including, but not
limited to: weekly pathway meetings and fortnightly inState team meetings.
○ Fulfilling work-streams assigned to you by your Pathway Lead
The strategy team at inState is made up of a group of students from different corporate
backgrounds who advise on the direction of the organisation. The strategy team advise on
individual pathway divisions, as we have key strategy pathway links, as well as the broader
strategic considerations of the organisation, including operational marketing, external
affairs and organisational finances.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Advising on organisational strategy/vision broadly
● Leading on strategy document creation for internal and external reference
● Creating a timeline of key deliverables for operational roles to fulfil
● Liaising with external strategy advisory board and recruitment
● Managing the inState contacts documents, key for recruitment and
networking opportunities for our members
● Providing strategic oversight to individual pathways through the strategy
pathway links role
● Help informing mentorship and professional development content
● Reaching out to external professionals
● Advising on social media and exclusive web app content for the
individual pathways
● Advising Design and Development on the construction of the inState
Web App and other related questions
● Leading on internal legal and finance functions
● Organisational constitution
● Membership contracts
● Advising on data protection and training the team on GDPR
regulations
● Code of conducts document
● Incorporating as a charity
● Corporate sponsorships and funding formulas
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Managing campus ambassadors in select areas of the UK.
● Leading on recruitment for mentors and mentees for Pathway Peer-to-Peer Mentoring
Programmes.
● Conferring and working with Pathway Leads.
● Acting in a public-facing role.
● Being the initial point of contact for members, students and societies at each
university.
● Working with other internal teams to complete work streams to meet the overall
organisational objectives of inState.
● Working under the direction of your Team Lead as well as the Executive Team.
